Solutions Engineering Manager, CEEMEA

We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager for the CEEMEA region to lead a team of Solutions Engineers.

In this role, you will enhance team communication, collaboration, and culture while coaching team members to excel in sales and technical disciplines. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise prospects and customers, ensuring high standards of customer success.

You will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and enabling the Solutions Engineers, ensuring they have the resources needed to make a significant customer impact and addressing escalations effectively. Working cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support, you will foster a culture that supports customer success throughout the organization.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, with at least 10 years of related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and team management.
• Proven ability to address escalations and team issues effectively.
• Track record of partnering with account executives and customer success teams in delivering solutions.
• Knowledge of the enterprise market in the CEE, METNA, and SSA regions.
• Language Requirements: Knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
