Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Expertise in coaching team members on technical knowledge and industry trends.
- Proven ability to oversee opportunity discovery and revenue maximization through effective relationship management.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and performance managing teams while maintaining strong team culture.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing dynamics and the company’s solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Solutions Engineers to drive growth in partnership with Client Executive teams.
- Focus on customer imperatives by leveraging solution portfolio and messaging.
- Act as a technical sales orchestrator, ensuring team success through expert involvement.
- Own and lead delivery of accurate forecasts and sales stage progression.
- Coach teams on conducting demonstrations and leading Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Drive a high-performance culture, identifying and mentoring high-potential team members.
- Effectively manage underperforming team members and recruit high-performing talent.
