Solutions Engineering Manager

The company is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers and front-line leaders. The role focuses on driving business growth by delivering impactful customer outcomes through the company’s portfolio. You will coach and empower your team to influence customer buying decisions and articulate value throughout the sales cycle. This position requires regular travel to foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and partners, ensuring successful business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Expertise in coaching team members on technical knowledge and industry trends.
• Proven ability to oversee opportunity discovery and revenue maximization through effective relationship management.
• Highly organized and data-driven, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and performance managing teams while maintaining strong team culture.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing dynamics and the company’s solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers to drive growth in partnership with Client Executive teams.
• Focus on customer imperatives by leveraging solution portfolio and messaging.
• Act as a technical sales orchestrator, ensuring team success through expert involvement.
• Own and lead delivery of accurate forecasts and sales stage progression.
• Coach teams on conducting demonstrations and leading Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Drive a high-performance culture, identifying and mentoring high-potential team members.
• Effectively manage underperforming team members and recruit high-performing talent.
