Solutions Engineering Manager

The company’s Solutions Engineering (SE) function focuses on collaborating with clients from early-stage ideation through to planning for production. Our Solutions Engineers not only possess expertise in the company’s services but are also expected to contribute their ideas and energy towards solving the complex challenges within our industry today.

What You’ll Do

• Set the cadence of the team’s communication, collaboration, and culture.
• Support the personalized individual development plan for each team member and coach Solutions Engineering colleagues across the growing META region to excel in the sales and technical disciplines necessary for a successful team.
• Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers to improve the team’s technical expertise and ensure a high standard of customer success.
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, enablement, and technical pre-sales performance of Solutions Engineers.
• Coordinate the team’s resources for maximum customer impact and provide guidance when assistance is required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the company, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to create scalable solutions for customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a prior leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years related industry experience.
• Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, or team management.
• Proven track record of successfully partnering with account executives and customer success teams to deliver the company solutions to customers.
• Proven track record in the technical pre-sales domain.
• Proven knowledge of the enterprise market in the META region.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and report on individual Solutions Engineers' strengths and weaknesses.
• Conduct 1:1s with team members and act as a point of escalation for team issues.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
