Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagement activities to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and AI readiness.
- Conduct deep-dive needs analyses, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop robust AI-powered solution architectures aligned with client requirements and business outcomes.
- Craft technical proposals, value propositions, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Guide cross-functional collaboration throughout the solution lifecycle—from presales to delivery.
- Contribute to bid documents and RFP responses with tailored functional and technical inputs.
- Stay informed on AI advancements, industry-specific use cases, and sector opportunities.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
- 6–9 years of experience in consulting, solution management, digital transformation, or AI-focused environments.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, analytics workflows, data structures, and cloud environments.
- Proven client-facing solutioning experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading bid responses or technical submissions is preferred.
- Ability to break down complex problems and design structured, scalable AI solutions.
