As the Sourcing Specialist, you will join the Procurement team in Dubai, supporting various Houses, Functions, and Markets across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing sourcing projects in indirect procurement categories such as Marketing, Corporate Services, Retail, Logistics, and Facility Management. You will work closely with the Sourcing Manager and key business stakeholders to deliver value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and contribute to procurement excellence in a dynamic luxury environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, from business requirements through to supplier selection and award.
- Partner with Maisons, Functions, and Markets to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing approaches.
- Support strategic and high-value sourcing initiatives, working alongside the Sourcing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial evaluations, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership analysis to support informed sourcing decisions.
- Prepare and support supplier negotiations, working with Legal and internal stakeholders to achieve strong commercial and operational outcomes.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, supporting supplier selection, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Build market and category intelligence through supplier mapping, market research, spend insights, and benchmarking.
- Coordinate sourcing projects across multiple stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and Operations.
- Ensure procurement governance and compliance, including supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and sourcing documentation.
- Track procurement performance, including savings, cost avoidance, and key sourcing KPIs, while contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
You are an enthusiastic procurement professional who enjoys combining commercial thinking, stakeholder partnership, and analytical problem-solving. You bring:
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience within Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, ideally within a structured international environment.
- Hands-on experience managing competitive sourcing exercises and working directly with suppliers.
- Exposure to indirect procurement categories such as Marketing, Retail, Logistics, Facility Management, or Corporate Services would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, with the confidence to evaluate proposals and support negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders and functions.
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing activities simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- The ability to thrive within a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment.
