Space Business Analyst

The role holder is responsible for supporting Space Business planning, market assessment, portfolio analysis, and business performance activities to identify growth opportunities and support effective strategic decision-making. The role shall carry out duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and update of Space Business plans, value propositions, and portfolio roadmaps.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking across satellite and Space-related services.
• Support market sizing, demand forecasting, and assessment of target segments, customer needs, and priority use cases.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Support the preparation of business cases and financial assessments for Space Business initiatives.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning activities.
• Monitor business KPIs, revenue, cost, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare periodic business performance reports and management presentations.
• Support assessments of partnerships, investments, and other strategic growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support execution of approved Space Business initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Prior experience in Business Planning, Market Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Development, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or satellite industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
