Spares & Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
The Spares & Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the availability of critical spare parts. This position involves coordinating the movement of spares, managing stock levels, and supporting inventory audits to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the spares register and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Ensure critical hot-swap units are configured and readily available.
• Coordinate repair, replacement, and disposal of spare parts.
• Maintain provisional-sum records and monthly consumption reports.
• Coordinate airside and landside movement of spares as per required approvals.
• Support annual inventory audits and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in spares, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience in a technical or equipment-based environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory-management practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM and CMDB systems.
• Strong record accuracy and inventory-control skills.
• Good coordination and cost-awareness skills.
• Ability to comply with airport security, HSE, and cyber requirements.
