Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and structured discussions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and traceability matrices.
- Support solution design by collaborating with architecture, engineering, and data teams to ensure requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with overall system architecture.
- Analyze and document data flows across systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and alignment with business and analytics requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure integration readiness, standardization of data formats, and compliance with security and quality standards.
- Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, validation, and business sign-off.
- Facilitate effective communication by translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and preparing reports, presentations, and business cases for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in requirements management, documentation, and solution validation, maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in smart infrastructure, smart buildings, or data center operations.
- Experience in system integration projects involving OT systems (BMS, CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm).
- Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, REST/HTTP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, writing User Stories and managing JIRA boards.
- Strong understanding of cloud-hosted applications, system integration, APIs, and data workflows.
- Proficiency in process modeling, data flow diagrams, and business impact analyses.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements elicitation capabilities.

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to digital transformation or data-driven initiatives, digital twin platforms, 3D Modeling or BIM based systems.
