Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Development of dashboards and business reports for the organization: Support the business intelligence team of ITD in the development and maintenance of appropriate dashboards and business performance reports.
- Decision making support: Coordinate with different business units and governmental agencies to gather data and information related to our business while ensuring data quality.
- Assist in developing sales budget forecasts by collaborating with business units to gather relevant market intelligence that helps refine mathematical forecasts and set business unit targets.
- Collaborate with all business units within the company, including commercial, operations, asset integrity, legal, finance, and HSE, to develop strategic initiatives.
- Continuously conduct macro, trend, market, competitor, and business development analyses; develop financial models to assess the viability of various business cases.
- Follow up with business unit management on the status of issues related to business support studies and assist in implementing recommendations and corrective actions while gathering new requirements to improve business performance.
- Work alongside Policy, BPR, Business Development, and Market Research teams to provide support in data analysis, mathematical model development, and creation of business scenarios.
- Recommend policy, procedural, or systemic interventions where necessary and provide insights derived from actual and real-time data for formulating effective policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or Mathematics is essential; an MBA is preferable.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in information analysis and business performance.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, modeling, research design, and analysis is a must.
- Familiarity with SAS or any statistical software is a plus.
- Excellent training/presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
