Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BI solutions
- Create standard reports and functional dashboards according to requirements
- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements
- Review and validate collected customer data
- Maintain dashboards and reports
- Support data analytic platforms
- Coordinate with Data/Business Analysts and customers to develop business requirements and specifications
- Travel to customer sites as needed
- Participate in the on-call engineer rotation for off-hours support of critical service issues
- Identify and implement workarounds for customer incidents
- Collaborate effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Communicate clearly, credibly, and consistently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of practical knowledge in creating application and business solutions on data analytical tools (Kibana, Tableau, or other equivalent tools)
- 1+ years of Kibana knowledge is a must
- 2+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
