Key Responsibilities
- Document security breaches and assess the damage caused.
- Collaborate with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain high-security standards.
- Stay current on Information Technology (IT) security trends and news.
- Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
- Perform penetration testing.
- Assist colleagues in installing security software and understanding information security management.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Experience/Skills:
- Excellent communication, IT technical, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy in written and spoken English.
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Saudi and Islamic culture.
- Ability to work with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
- A high level of discretion and professional integrity.
- Capacity to meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic and Saudi Colloquial Arabic); knowledge of other languages is desirable.
Qualifications:
- IT Bachelor’s Degree, IT Diploma, or equivalent.
- Relevant years of experience in a Cyber Security Specialist role.
