Responsibilities
- You are passionate about interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
- You are curious and look for the "why" behind the numbers, asking questions and searching for solutions; locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
- You develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- You identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- You are collaborative, working with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- You possess stellar communication skills and effectively express yourself, conveying and receiving information in a clear, credible, and consistent manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Experience with advanced SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools is required.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar; ELK is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Proficiency in any cloud technology is recommended.
