Specialist Data Analytics Human Capital

The Specialist Data Analytics Human Capital serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide Personnel Action Forms and Position Change Forms. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely implementation of database changes to guarantee accurate payrolls.

Key responsibilities include:

• Initiating, developing, and supervising the implementation of internal and external procedures for improving both manual and automated personnel report processing.
• Collaborating with HR staff to validate requests and ensure accurate completion or routing of forms based on HR processes.
• Acting as a resource for managers regarding HR data and positions, maintaining detailed records of change request approvals.
• Ensuring utmost data accuracy in HR data systems for successful data audits and conducting regular audits for compliance.
• Serving as the first escalation point for necessary data corrections in the PeopleSoft database.
• Providing HCM data support for Human Resources staff and senior management.
• Planning and implementing recordkeeping processes for permanent personnel records.
• Preparing HR metrics for senior leadership meetings and creating reports to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting guidelines.
• Performing quality data mining and creating dashboards in Power BI.
• Initiating technology service requests to enhance existing HCM modules for data processing and reports.
• Assisting HR with data requests and technical support.

This role requires adherence to organizational safety, confidentiality, values, policies, and standards.

Job location is Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time, on-site position with a duration of 1 year (renewable) requiring 10+ years of experience. The position is under the payroll of Sundus and works 5 days a week.
