Specialist – Development FP&A

The Specialist – Development FP&A will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities across development projects and business units. The role is responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and financial models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure data consistency.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and support business requests when needed.
• Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and validate assumptions.
• Support the annual budgeting process by collecting data and coordinating with departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly generation of reports.
• Support on PR requests.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics.
• Participate in financial system updates and reporting automation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to FP&A activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional certification such as a CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in development, understanding Leisure & Entertainment, or Real Estate sectors.
• Brings a combination of financial experience, focusing on Robotic Process Automation, Digital Finance, and the ability to analyze large amounts of raw data.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm with in-depth knowledge of the Development, Leisure & Entertainment, or Real Estate sectors. Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.
