Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate in developing forward-thinking analytics and automation strategies aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Manage in-house development efforts for analytical and automation solutions across diverse business domains.
- Aid in identifying, prioritizing, and developing AI and machine learning solutions that drive revenue generation, operational cost optimization, improved customer experiences, practical insights, and enhanced business performance.
- Manage the design and development of user-friendly web solutions across various platforms.
- Review and lead the development of required dashboards and high-level reports, ensuring alignment with business needs and digital objectives.
- Participate in assessing the feasibility and potential of emerging technologies, such as RPA, augmented reality, and digital twins, to enhance operational processes and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with the Technical Solutions and Corporate Solutions teams to align on application design and enhance UI and UX elements for improved usability and efficiency.
- Assist in the selection of vendors and contract negotiations, ensuring terms and SLAs align with organizational goals.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in analytics and digital solutions, including 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
