Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the production of videos, films, and animations that meet end-user requirements, considering target audiences, channel requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Provide or source photography services for corporate business occasions, ensuring the maintenance of the company's Photo Archive System for past graphics records.
  • Research, compile, and select images to create company design deliverables.
  • Continuously update and enhance the company's intranet and website content in line with quality requirements, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant information and management of service links.
  • Manage and maintain the company's corporate communications tools and channels.
  • Update the company's digital screen kiosk advertisements/displays, ensuring up-to-date and relevant information is displayed.
  • Leverage employee engagement with digital media channels (e.g., intranet) by developing and implementing communication activities that drive traffic.
  • Monitor digital channels, analyze end-user behavior, and recommend improvement actions to increase readership and user-friendliness.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and best practices, making recommendations that support the company's goals and interests.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Arts, Videography, Graphic Design, IT or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 8 years of experience in videography, photography, and digital content management within a large industrial organization.
  • Excellent arts and graphics visualization knowledge and skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in various graphic designing software, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills related to arts and graphics visuals.
