Specialist - Digital Communications (Space42)

The Specialist - Digital Communications will support the implementation of Space42’s digital communications initiatives by managing day-to-day coordination with external agencies, publishing content across platforms, and tracking digital performance. This role ensures timely updates to the website, social media, and email channels, in alignment with the broader strategic priorities set by the Communications team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the digital agency to develop and schedule content for social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter.

• Review and update weekly social media calendars to align with corporate announcements, campaigns, and events.

• Ensure posts are on-brand, bilingual where required, and adhere to quality standards.

• Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, click-through rates) and identify trends for analysis.

• Maintain a centralized monthly digital content calendar across all platforms.

• Upload approved content to the website using CMS, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

• Conduct routine checks to verify the accuracy and accessibility of live content across devices and languages.

• Liaise with the agency to resolve any design or functionality issues.

• Prepare and dispatch internal and external email communications, including newsletters and stakeholder updates.

• Evaluate email distribution tools that meet Space42’s communication needs.

• Manage recipient lists and monitor key performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

• Track and analyze key digital communications metrics to enhance performance.

• Utilize AI-driven tools for audience segmentation and content delivery.

• Provide regular reports and insights on digital presence with strategic recommendations.

• Schedule and lead meetings with Space42’s digital agency to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time.

• Track deliverables and escalate issues as necessary.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital communications, particularly within the space and AI industries.

• Identify new technologies to enhance communication capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a digital communications support role.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, social publishing tools, and basic analytics.
• Agency coordination experience is preferred.
