The Specialist, Digital Transformation III supports the execution and adoption of digital transformation initiatives across the business. This role focuses on implementing digital tools, improving data utilization, and supporting technology‑enabled process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, decision‑making, and business performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives aligned with business improvement and innovation objectives.
• Assist in deploying digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Participate in digital solution rollout, testing, and user adoption activities.
• Support data‑driven initiatives by assisting with data collection, validation, visualization, and reporting.
• Work with digital platforms, analytics tools, and dashboards to enhance visibility and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve workflows using technology.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and digital teams to understand requirements and support solution implementation.
• Ensure digital initiatives align with corporate standards, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Background or exposure to digital transformation, analytics, automation, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives
