Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
- Ownership of the analytical side of budget and forecast activity (review and provide monthly financial analysis to senior management post-closing, including variance analysis, monthly forecasts, and comparing actuals vs. budget).
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
- Design and populate templates, forms, and dashboards; ensure uniformity of data & methodologies.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts across projects, departments, overheads, OPEX & CAPEX.

Business Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve financial performance.
- Support ERP, Budgeting & Reporting tools design and implementation efforts.
- Work on process improvement projects along with other finance teams as advised by leadership.

Other Responsibilities:
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards, and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and handle it as per G42 Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that all design deliverables are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Accounting designation such as CA/CIMA/ACCA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role in international corporations, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize learning and understanding of the business to effectively support forecasting and reporting of financial and operational results.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modelling tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of FP&A functional mission and goals, with experience in fast-paced environments.
