Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for administration related to projects according to established policies and guidelines.
- Review technical and project documentation for completeness and ensure documentation is up to date with the latest versions.
- Maintain contact with project resources to ensure timely activities, integration, and efficient progress and performance.
- Support account managers to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets to optimize revenue generation in alignment with business goals.
- Manage fixed network projects using a credible Project Management Methodology, with a proven track record of delivering AED 10M in telecom programs or projects within a service provider environment.
- Accountable for preparing and managing changes to project scope.
- Deploy solutions at customer premises (or remotely) and perform initial tests either on-location or remotely.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies
Qualifications:
- University degree required and good knowledge of the Telecom Industry.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a project management/support role.
- Demonstrable experience in creating project reports, with the ability to derive trend patterns from routing reports.
- Sound understanding of project management concepts and principles, along with a basic knowledge of relevant disciplines related to project content.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and commercially focused.
- Strong and effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently and cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Adapts well in a high-energy, fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving team environment.
- Good analytical skills with the capacity to plan and organize effectively.
- Creative, flexible, and responsive to organizational needs.
- Expert-level skills in MS Project/Primavera planning tools; exposure to Enterprise Project Management Systems is highly preferred.
