We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our dynamic team as a Specialist, Golang Developer. In this role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge solutions and shape the future of our products. You will work within feature squads (payment, onboarding, trading) and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and solutions architects to deliver a seamless app experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Golang within an event-driven architecture.
- Participate in architectural design and review processes to ensure scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews for mid and junior-level back-end developers.
- Implement and manage Kafka-based systems for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various components and data systems.
- Advocate for best practices in software engineering, including agile development and continuous integration.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance platform responsiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in backend development.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Senior Golang Back End Developer or similar role, preferably in mission critical systems or financial applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in back-end development with Golang and Kafka.
- Strong architectural and system design skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in writing clean and efficient code.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working on a B2C application.
- Familiarity with trading or financial applications.
