Level Shoes, the world’s largest luxury shoe store located in The Dubai Mall, is renowned for its curated collections and exceptional customer experience. The Specialist – Graphic Design will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate the brand across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the content production, social, marketing, and commercial teams to translate and develop design requirements while ensuring brand consistency and pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for physical and digital assets.
- Innovate branding strategies by drawing inspiration from design trends.
- Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop creative assets for social media and other channels.
- Enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Utilize advanced design tools to produce high-quality visuals.
- Manage multiple design projects and mentor junior graphic designers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Skills in Creative Concept Development, Motion Graphics, Animation, and Visual Storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, adaptability to design trends, as well as communication and management skills.
- Understanding of CGI and AI technologies is a plus.
