Specialist, Graphics Design (Motion Graphics & Animator)

The Specialist, Graphics Design (Motion Graphics & Animator) is responsible for designing and producing high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and video elements that support corporate initiatives and marketing campaigns. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and storytelling skills to deliver visually compelling content optimized for digital platforms, particularly social media. The incumbent collaborates with content developers, videographers, and graphic designers to ensure that all multimedia assets align with brand standards and effectively communicate complex ideas in an engaging and memorable way.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and produce original 2D and 3D animations tailored for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create dynamic visual content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, review scripts, and develop storyboards that guide animation production.
• Edit video footage and incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance visual impact.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or creative studio environment.
• Proven ability to create brand-aligned designs for both digital and print media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, illustration, and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
