Position

The primary purpose of this role is to address customer requirements and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to Cloud and Security by designing, proposing, and delivering appropriate technical solutions. These solutions leverage the company Cloud & Security platforms, as well as public cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or OCI and certain IoT solutions & use cases. The role involves crafting comprehensive proposals that include both Professional Services and Managed Services offerings. Given the complexity of the contracts, which are typically multi-year and involve multiple technical tracks, the individual in this role will ensure seamless alignment with customer needs while driving successful implementation and long-term service delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Providing Technical Solutions with Competitive Commercials: Design and deliver tailored Cloud and Security solutions leveraging company Cloud platform, Azure, AWS, and OCI ensuring solutions meet customer requirements while remaining commercially competitive.
  • Engaging Customers Proactively and Responding to RFPs: Initiate proactive engagement with customers to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and effectively respond to RFPs, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Farming Opportunities in Existing Large Enterprise Accounts: Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing large enterprise accounts, expanding relationships, and driving new business opportunities in line with customer goals.
  • Communicating Value Proposition: Ensure customers fully understand and appreciate our unique value proposition, differentiating company’s Cloud and Security offerings from competitors through effective communication and solution presentation.
  • Account P&L Ownership: Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals, while maintaining a focus on delivering quality service and value to the customer.
  • Maintaining Strong Partner Relationships: Build and maintain productive relationships with key technology partners, involving the right partners at the right time to ensure optimal solution delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Updating Technical Knowledge and Skills: Continuously update and expand technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements, ensuring expertise in emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Achieving Revenue and Bottom-Line Targets: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue and bottom-line targets, ensuring consistent business growth and profitability within the allocated accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) or IT security are highly desirable.

Experience

  • A Graduate in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a focus or passion for designing, proposing, and delivering technical solutions in Cloud, Security, and IT infrastructure domains.

Skills

  • Strong Technical Acumen: Understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and IT Security, combined with the ability to design competitive, cost-effective solutions while maintaining profitability.
  • Strong Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present and communicate complex technical solutions to various stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges creatively and provide innovative, practical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building and management skills, engaging with clients proactively and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
