The position is on-site and full-time, reporting directly to the Section Head of Data Center & Cloud. The Data Center Cloud Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Data Center facility, virtualization, and servers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Data Center, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Intune, along with general expertise in data center operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science
- 5+ years relevant experience in System Administration and Data Center
- Additional recognized certifications are preferred
- Experience in mid/large sized corporate IT environment
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Virtualization and provisioning experience
- Data Center facility experience
- Proven experience as a Data Center Specialist
- ITIL V3 Foundations or applied knowledge
- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems
- In-depth knowledge of vulnerability management and security best practices
Position Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure Backup, etc.)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference
- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security
- Configure and deploy policies for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
- Monitor the environmental conditions of a data center to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices
- Install and configure NetBackup customer software on UNIX or Linux as well as Windows systems
- Review the design of future spaces for operational uptime and reliability
- Monitor and maintain server computing resources including CPU, RAM, and memory
- Analyze and proactively respond to trends and issues related to infrastructure
- Undertake complex and non-routine problems, identifying solutions using a range of problem-solving techniques
- Escalate issues exceeding capability, knowledge, or experience to ensure effective resolution
- Develop short-term and long-term work plans based on business requirements and prioritization
- Participate in team meetings and recommend initiatives to improve systems availability, integrity, and capacity
- Prepare RFPs, technical evaluations, and documentation for IT projects
- Conduct research to identify new technologies that may add value to the business
