An exciting opportunity is available at Slagger Company for a Specialist III, Technical Training based in Jizan. The role is full-time with on-site work conditions over five working days, comprising eight hours each day.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training materials and programs aligned with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support operations and help workers create long-term career plans within the organization.
  • Analyze training needs, develop objectives, and determine suitable instructional methods.
  • Identify training needs for compliance and cyclical refresher requirements.
  • Create and deliver technical training materials and develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
  • Provide classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Ensure learning content is built using adult learning concepts and effective delivery methods.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make improvements as needed.
  • Produce reports, analysis, and evaluations to support the site learning and development program.
  • Collaborate on team projects and continuous improvement activities that enhance learning processes, safety, and cost reduction.
  • Build solid cross-functional relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant Diploma or Engineering degree.

Minimum Experience:

  • 13+ years in Training & Development, Talent Advising, and Technical Training roles.
  • Relevant technical experience within a complex manufacturing environment; experience in the smelter sector or a related industry is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in training and teaching in a classroom or business environment.
  • Skilled in writing operating procedures, work instructions, and developing training materials.
  • Ability to provide technical training to a diverse workforce.
  • Must be fluent or near fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using LMS & e-Learning platforms, SAP, and Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, coaching, mentoring, and workshop facilitation skills.

Language Requirements:

  • Must be fluent or near fluent in English.
