Specialist Information Security

The Specialist Information Security will develop, support, and advance strategies, policies, programs, and projects aimed at improving and enhancing the cyber and information security posture and resiliency of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations related to cyber and information security.
• Collaborating with the compliance team to establish policies and standards for recording user activities and access to sensitive data in support of insider risk management.
• Developing and implementing a software security compliance program that employs a risk-based approach to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Contributing to awareness and outreach efforts internally and externally.
• Attending regular, special, and emergency meetings regarding cyber and information security.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience running mission-critical cybersecurity operations.
• Proven experience in building a service-oriented organization and promoting a service delivery model.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines within a demanding, dynamic environment.
