We are seeking a Specialist - Information Security with 7-8 years of cybersecurity experience and expertise across the Microsoft Security Stack, CrowdStrike, Elastic EDR, Corelight NDR, Red Hat OpenShift, and OpenStack security implementation. This hands-on role encompasses daily business operations and advanced security functions including cloud security, threat hunting, detection engineering, and complex incident response in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• SIEM & Detection Engineering:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Sentinel architectures for enterprise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Onboard Microsoft and third-party telemetry using various integration methods.
  • Develop KQL-based analytics rules, correlation logic, and detection use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.

• Platform Operations & BAU Ownership:

  • Own day-to-day administration of Microsoft Sentinel, ensuring platform availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor health, and maintain operational documentation.

• Threat Detection, Response & Investigation:

  • Conduct incident triage, investigation, and proactive threat hunting.
  • Optimize security tools and correlate telemetry data across multiple sources.

Requirements

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of cybersecurity experience, especially in SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR/NDR, and cloud security.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Sentinel architecture and operations.
• Proficiency in Advanced Kusto Query Language (KQL) and security tool integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Elastic EDR.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Linux and container security (Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack).
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python).
• Relevant certifications (preferred: Microsoft SC-200, SC-100; CISSP, CISA) are advantageous.
