Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges, and validate business requirements.
  • Lead the impact analysis of changes across various business departments and systems, ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Manage and communicate the initiative roadmap, making sure all stakeholders have a roadmap view and that capacity is planned accordingly.
  • Track and update the business value delivered through changes with each release.
  • Support business functions in planning and managing transitions related to new system implementations or modifications to existing systems.
  • Identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to help the organization remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap, supporting scouting solutions, feasibility, and the execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Assess current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and optimize business processes for cost savings and improved productivity.
  • Identify areas for automating service requests or building user interfaces to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Support the team in resolving the root causes of recurring issues to reduce incidents raised and ensure minimum SLA compliance for both incidents and service requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years of experience)
  • Fluent in English
  • 7 - 9 years of relevant experience

ISR Requirements:

  • Read and comply with the ISR policies of the company and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.
