Specialist - ITIL in our Technology Operations Department

This position is focused on ITIL processes and IT governance within our Technology Operations Department, based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires expertise in documenting processes, risk management, and operational tasks. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage change records and contribute to key meetings such as operational risk and CAB meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in ITIL processes and IT governance.
• Strong knowledge in documenting processes and keeping them updated.
• Strong background in risk management and operational tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage change records and participate in key meetings such as operational risk and CAB meetings.

Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Language Requirements: Excellent in English
