As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of all trainings initiated by the Corporate Learning team. This role involves the ability to manage training-related tasks independently or with minimal supervision, ensuring a smooth learning process throughout the organization.

Core Responsibilities:
- Execute all training programs and activities led by the Corporate Learning team.
- Collect, analyze, and report data before, during, and after training sessions.
- Handle large datasets to measure critical KPIs, design dashboards, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Maintain training trackers and other relevant information accurately in databases.
- Collaborate with team members for content development needs.
- Utilize digital learning management systems and the latest technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs.
- Communicate effectively in training-related communications, employee engagement, and content development.
- Apply creative solutions to challenges and demonstrate openness to using different tools.
- Ensure compliance with existing SOPs and policies.
- Maintain a cost-conscious mindset while focusing on quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Learning & Development.
- Hands-on experience with core learning concepts and operations.
- Proven track record in operational execution and contribution towards strategic projects.
- Strong data analytics and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with knowledge of other learning tools and platforms.
