Responsibilities
Key Accountability:
- Brokers invoices reconciliation (loan documents/deferral closure/ensuring information accuracy)
- Liaising with Brokers for invoice-related inquiries
- Processing Brokers invoices in the system
- Managing end-to-end evaluations processing
- Handling all Broker evaluations inquiries
- Conducting daily reconciliation of all Broker leads submissions
- Updating daily status for all cases
- Controlling and circulating the evaluation tracker
- Managing and updating the master sheet tracker
- Responding to all governance invoice requirements
- Acting as the central point for department RCSA/BIA/BCP/KRI
- Preparing payment control sheets as per GIA requirements
Job Context
- Preparing pipeline reports for management to show team cases and their flow
- Compiling team achievement details
- Assisting new staff joiners with their requests and ensuring they are updated

- Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions.
