About the Job:
This role is designed to lead the end-to-end implementation and interfacing of the Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Operating System (AMOS) into a digital Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment. The Specialist acts as a key liaison between all internal stakeholders and the software developer to ensure effective configuration, customization, and adoption of the AMOS solution according to operational needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the AMOS implementation project, managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in business process analysis, data migration, system configuration, training, and go-live support.
  • Ensure alignment of AMOS functionality with aircraft maintenance workflows and compliance by reviewing processes and confirming requirements.
  • Promote user adoption of AMOS through effective training and cultural change management.
  • Provide hands-on support during user acceptance testing, and assist with post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead regulatory and compliance-based approvals for the AMOS system, addressing policy, process, procedure, audits, and resolution.
  • Support software integration needs with finance, materials, warehousing, and tooling teams.
  • Transition from paper-based work packs to digital electronic work instructions for an improved end-user experience.
  • Develop KPI and performance monitoring data sets for regular reporting formats and dashboard-based live monitoring.
  • Ensure all digital and electronic safety/quality defense barriers are effective and functional within AMOS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Aviation field or high-risk/high reliability industry (3+ years).
  • Equivalent qualification in the Aviation industry for aircraft maintenance or airworthiness.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrable experience leading large-scale AMOS implementation projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Strong background in developing AMOS project plans with interfaces into ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with the latest AMOS modules aiming for a paperless maintenance environment.
  • Familiarity with AMOS, Oracle, SAP, and BI tools.
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience; Aircraft maintenance engineering license or equivalent qualification is a plus.

ISR Requirements:

  • Compliance with ISR policies and reporting of weaknesses or incidents to the Line Manager or Information Security team.
  • Completion of all required ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in daily operations.
