Specialist People Operations

As a Specialist People Operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. You will maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems while processing payroll changes and benefits administration.

Your role will include enhancing employee engagement and experience through designing and executing initiatives, coordinating employee surveys, analyzing results, and planning events to foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will assist with performance management processes and coordinate training programs to support employee growth.

This position requires generating HR reports to track key metrics and using data-driven insights to recommend process improvements. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on employee-centric solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.
