Key Responsibilities
- Supports strategic commercialization activities across priority clients, market initiatives, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborates with business units to enable better decision-making and supports the delivery of strategy and performance.
- Contributes to client development efforts by supporting business cases, opportunity assessments, solution positioning, and commercialization strategies.
- Assists in the development of RFP responses, client presentations, executive-ready materials, and proposal content that articulate the company’s value proposition.
- Performs research and analysis on market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilizes problem-solving, communication, and project management skills to support multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Experience in consulting, strategy, product management, commercialization, business development, payments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including executive and client presentations.
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with payments, financial services, fintech, or digital commerce is a plus.
