How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Developing & implementing sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy.
  • Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency while supporting, maintaining, and growing existing accounts.
  • Developing customer relationships within Saudi Arabia to win new customers and gain recurring revenue from existing customers, partnering with other the company sales organizations to build pipeline and increase overall brand.
  • Ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight; defining and implementing improvement plans as needed while developing a pipeline in an organized approach targeting identified prospects in the territory.
  • Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical areas, determining plans for acquisition and allocating resources.
  • Providing customer and market feedback on market segment intelligence and needs.
  • Participating in training provided by technical and product management to stay updated on the latest go-to-market plans.
  • Supporting strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers while ensuring efficient marketing communications.
  • Taking ownership of the sales processes, training, and development plans, coordinating closely with Operating unit functions and the extended Sales team.
  • Providing customer and partner feedback to Product Management to ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Living the company’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
