The Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, overseeing all phases of the deal. The goal is to influence the company's growth by serving as a hands-on point of contact in developing cutting-edge analytics solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer communication, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Utilize project management methodologies to establish milestones and timelines for new projects.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and overall project management.
- Maintain operational health of solution environments while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead customers through the adoption of the company, guiding the implementation process.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and business transformation strategies.
- Conduct technical discussions and provide insights into service disruptions and risk management.
- Ensure efficient handling of customer issues in line with escalation processes.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, and Governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or solution delivery within an IT service organization or analytics technologies.
- Expertise in public sector regulations and government engagement.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of analytics development, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
