ABOUT THE ROLE
Specialist – PMO (Integration, Engineering & Management Background) is a high-impact, hybrid role bridging strategic project governance and hands-on technical execution. Operating as a critical partner to Project Managers and executive leadership, this individual uses their deep engineering background to drive project delivery, unblock technical bottlenecks, and ensure PMO standards are met. While working collaboratively to execute key tasks assigned by project leadership, they simultaneously wield cross-functional influence—leading matrixed engineering teams, managing complex vendor contracts, and protecting project budgets and timelines without needing formal line-management authority.
