We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Specialist – Project Management to act as the primary business contact between the company and its customers. This role involves supporting all initiatives and customer requests through astute account management, efficient project and program management, and in-depth product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood and met while managing effective and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Apply project management methodologies to set expectations through milestones and timelines for new project initiatives.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Maintain operational health of solution environments while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and reliability after deployment.
- Lead customer adoption of the company by managing the implementation process.
- Collaborate with customers on reporting, scheduling, guidelines, and milestones for measuring success.
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and transformation strategies, ensuring processes are executed within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Drive technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Provide detailed insights on service disruptions, metrics, and consultative expertise in prelaunch and post-sales phases.
- Address customer issues promptly, adhering to predefined escalation processes.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance Management policies and assessments.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, solution delivery, or governance in IT service organizations or analytics technologies.
- Expertise in public sector regulations, political processes, and government engagement.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) along with training in PMBOK methodologies are highly desirable.
- This role is designated for UAE-Nationals.
