We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Specialist – Project Management to act as the primary business contact between the company and its customers. This role involves supporting customer initiatives and requests through efficient project management and deep product knowledge. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, guiding them through all phases and shaping the company's growth through cutting-edge analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer requirements are understood and deliverables are met effectively and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Use project management methodologies to establish milestones and timelines to set expectations for new initiatives.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Maintain operational health of solution environments while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Lead customer adoption of the company through effective implementation and engagement in reporting and planning.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring processes are executed to defined quality standards.
- Drive technical discussions related to incidents and risk management.
- Handle customer issues efficiently and comply with relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or solution delivery within an IT service organization.
- Expertise in public sector regulations and government engagement.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) and training in PMBOK methodologies are desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of current developments in analytics.
- Strong organizational, managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
