What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions during early customer engagements.
  • Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
  • Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blogs, product guides, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.

What You’ll Need
AI & LLM Knowledge

  • Understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, common model vendors, and common business use cases for AI.
  • Understanding of training methods, fine-tuning, and RAG application architectures.
  • Familiarity with agents, agentic AI, tool usage, and MCP.

AI Security Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of prompt injection, an evolving LLM vulnerability that allows attackers to embed conflicting instructions into user inputs.
  • Understanding of sensitive information disclosure (PII leakage) and data & model poisoning.
  • Familiarity with model tampering, extraction, supply chain, third-party risks, and risk mitigation best practices.
  • Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.

Cloud & DevOps Knowledge

  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Docker, and secret management.

Programming & API Integration Experience

  • Knowledge of APIs, HTTP request/response structure, and token-based authentication.
  • Ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs in at least one supported language (Python, Node.js, etc.).

Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, conducting product demonstrations, and writing architecture proposals.

Managing Edge Deployments

  • Containerization and Docker knowledge.
  • Kubernetes and container orchestration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Provider IAM and moderate DevOps skills.

Bonus Points

  • A background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments.
  • Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR is a significant bonus.
