Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Attract and retain top talent through full cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience by coordinating with recruiting managers and applicants.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline using networking, university outreach, attending job fairs, and maintaining relationships with potential future candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR department and hiring administrators to improve the hiring process continuously.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Manage recruiting databases and HR assets efficiently.

Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment processes and forms are accurate and complete.
- Establish an effective onboarding program to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
- Resolve onboarding conflicts and represent the company at job fairs, workshops, and networking events.
- Serve as the contact point for new employees, providing ongoing support and feedback during onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline onboarding processes.

Engagement:
- Develop communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged with organizational activities and initiatives.
- Organize engagement activities to motivate and satisfy employees at work.

Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization's brand and values to attract and retain top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify candidates who fit the organization's needs and culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
- CIPD or other HR professional certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience recruiting for corporate and technical roles.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Familiarity with insurance and IT terminology is beneficial.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
