Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Attract and retain top talent through full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
    • Ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience by collaborating with recruiting managers and applicants throughout recruitment.
    • Maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring administrators to enhance the hiring process and manage recruiting databases.
  • Onboarding:

    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Implement an effective onboarding program that fosters a positive experience for new employees.
    • Resolve onboarding conflicts and participate in job fairs, workshops, and networking events.
    • Provide ongoing support and feedback to new employees during onboarding.
  • Engagement:

    • Develop communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged with the organization’s activities and initiatives.
    • Organize engagement activities and events to maintain employee motivation and satisfaction.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Promote the organization’s brand and values to attract and retain top talent.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods—including social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks—to find candidates who align with the organization’s needs and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • CIPD or another HR professional certification is advantageous.
  • Preferred Experience: 6-8 years in recruitment of corporate and technical roles.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Knowledge of insurance and IT terminologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
