Role Overview: As a Specialist Avionics within our Technical Services team, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and engineering solutions to ensure that Riyadh Air’s fleet remains safe, compliant, reliable, and defect-free. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Avionics-related technical services such as Airworthiness Directives, mandatory modifications, and service bulletin evaluations, in compliance with GACA regulations and international standards.
- Building strong relationships with OEMs, MROs, and regulatory bodies while contributing to industry forums.
- Ensuring seamless fleet configuration control, effective reliability monitoring, and maintaining high standards of airworthiness for our 787 fleet, all while supporting 24/7 operational requirements.
Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance or engineering, with an in-depth understanding of Avionics systems and technical services.
- Operational airline experience with the Boeing 787 family is essential.
- A degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience in OEM or design environments is highly regarded.
Preferred Skills: - Leadership experience and supplier management expertise.
- Familiarity with Avionics industry trends and advanced engineering practices.
