Specialist - Technology Planning and Control

In this full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will oversee Technology Department planning, governance, performance management, budgeting, risk, compliance, and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting the effective delivery of technology services and projects.

Key Accountabilities include developing and monitoring strategic plans and objectives for the Technology Department, coordinating departmental KPIs and performance dashboards, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, governing the budget project portfolio, assessing technology risks and compliance requirements, ensuring budget execution compliance with corporate policies, and supporting vendor governance and SLA performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with preferred professional certifications including ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, CISA, or CRISC. A strong knowledge of IT Governance, Service Management, Risk Management, Budgeting, and ISO standards is essential. Proficiency in English is preferred.
