Position

The Specialist/Technology Contracts Fulfillment & Delivery Assurance will coordinate with Technology planning teams to identify project requirements and transform these requirements into RFPs and RFQs, ensuring comprehensive coverage of technical requirements. The responsibilities include:

  • Incorporating the technical part in draft contracts with detailed scope, technical specifications, delivery milestones, Service Level Agreements (SLA), KPIs, etc., in coordination with various stakeholders and management approval.
  • Assessing purchase requests to ensure compliance with contract terms or approved RFQ/RFP through in-depth verification of BOQs, rates, discounts, and alignment with management approvals.
  • Collaborating with End-users and Contracts teams to finalize contracts with selected bidders.
  • Involvement in the finalization of Contracts, NDAs, and MOUs based on management guidelines and end-user requirements.
  • Evaluating new products and systems to report the feasibility of utilizing such solutions through detailed assessments with various Technology Divisions and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring new projects do not overlap with existing solutions deployed in Etisalat’s infrastructure.
  • Studying and analyzing strategic vendors’ roadmaps and solutions for future-proof sourcing.
  • Performing continuous market analysis for solution roadmap updates and coordinating with Technology end-users for technology adoption in line with network requirements and market trends.
  • Monitoring work practices/procedures and recommending improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Staying updated on new technologies, systems, and developments relevant to assigned networks/services/functionality.
  • Assisting in the preparation of procurement plans/budgets and other day-to-day matters while reporting significant events and observations to management.
  • Coordinating with other Engineering sections, contractors, and consultants as required.
