Your Impact: As a Splunk Technical Success Engineer, you will: - Deliver onboarding mentorship and enablement planning. - Conduct administration and management workshops. - Provide recommendations for the overall health of customer Splunk environments. - Advocate for customers to resolve issues by coordinating efforts among internal teams. - Analyze customer issues to identify training needs and engage internal teams. - Participate in customer sales QBRs to review service levels and performance metrics. - Proactively manage critical issues and recommend upgrades. - Assess cloud overages and suggest optimization solutions. - Communicate key information vital to customer success.
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or related fields. - Familiarity with customer escalations and project management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for customer service and successful outcomes. - Intent to pursue Splunk Architect Certification. - Ability to connect with both individual contributors and senior leaders. - Experience with IT operations and understanding of the Splunk Core Platform. - Willingness to travel up to 30% may be required.
