Splunk Technical Success Engineer

About the Job:
Splunk, a company, is seeking a Splunk Technical Success Engineer to contribute to building a safer and more resilient digital world. This role involves ensuring the technical health of our customers by leveraging product knowledge to advise on Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud architectures. The engineer will support the adoption journey with product support, advisory, and management of customer escalations.

Your Impact:
As a key team member, you will:

• Deliver customer onboarding mentorship and manage administration and workshops.
• Lead planning and recommendations for the overall health of customer environments, conducting diagnostic health checks as required.
• Advocate for customers internally to facilitate issue resolution among Splunk’s teams.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify training needs and engage with internal teams.
• Participate in sales quarterly business reviews to assess service levels and performance.
• Work with technical teams to manage critical issues, recommend upgrades, and ensure new feature awareness.
• Communicate key information that may impact customer success, such as product updates and events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or related fields.
• Proven experience in customer escalations, account management, and project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for customer service and success.
• Willingness to pursue Splunk Architect Certification.
• Experience with IT operations and technical infrastructure.
• Understanding of the Splunk Core Platform.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
