Sprinklr Service Implementation Specialists

About the Job:

• Platform Adoption & Training:
  • Support ongoing optimization of Sprinklr across Miral Destinations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Sprinklr Managed Services to address platform issues and requests.
  • Conduct training and upskilling sessions for internal teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (2 Months Extendable)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with the Sprinklr Service module, including Case Management and Reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead implementations and drive platform adoption.
• Experience in training and documentation.
• Language Requirements: English essential; Arabic optional.
