Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in close collaboration with other teams.
- Understand customer needs and position Salesforce’s products as the optimal solution.
- Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology relevant to Salesforce’s solutions.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including customized demos tailored to key decision-makers.
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and maintain vital knowledge.
- Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
- Efficiently respond to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software organization.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively to address challenges in energising environments.
- Inquisitiveness and passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
